HELLO FLOW – WELLNESS CHECK-IN
In Hello Flow, we’ll be dealing with resistance which is usually based on emotions, beliefs, subconscious fears and energy blocks.
While this work is subtle, it is powerful, so you need to ensure for yourself that you are fully fit and able to proceed with these practices.
If you have any issues that mean you might need to consult a professional before beginning this process, please let me know.
This work is coaching work, in that we are focused on moving forward and making improvements, rather than therapy or counselling which aims to revisit the past or address old patterns.
I am not a medical professional or trained counsellor, so if you feel you need that additional level of expertise, you may need to contact your practitioner.
To reassure you, I’m sharing these practices because I have used them myself with great effect and I love to share what has worked well for me.
They are simply invitations for you to review and consider, and then apply if you deem them suitable for your life and unique circumstances.
