Introduction to Hello Flow Practice #2 (Free Sample Extract)
Welcome to the new Hello Flow version of you.
Last week’s practice began a process of clearing resistance through inner work, and rest assured that those efforts will continue to work subtly behind-the-scenes, quietly integrating and recalibrating your energy and flow as we go along.
Now it’s time to turn our attention from the deep inner realms to the outer world around us.
This week, we’re going to harness the power of our environment and physical surroundings to uplevel and revitalise our self-image and sense of deservingness.
Because these factors are two crucial aspects that influence what we attempt to create for ourselves and our lives, and what we tolerate (or don’t) along the way.
“We get what we tolerate.”
The version of you that will create and enjoy the life and work you’re craving, that’s a different version to the current you – otherwise you would already have those things.
This New You is not necessarily a better version of you – it’s all a journey, it’s all a process of evolution – and when you achieve your current goals and dreams, that version of you will be dreaming of something else!
But our practice this week is to begin making some small changes that will kick-start a lovely upward spiral of beneficial effects.
These shifts will play out in all areas of your life in delightful ways – it’s going to be fun for you to notice these!
And the reason we’re playing with this process in Hello Flow is because the new identity and energy that you will be aligning with in the different aspects of your life will all contribute to more confidence, resilience, courage, in your creative endeavours, as well as more presence, self-worth and joy along the way.
They will also usher in a new relaxed sense of ease that enables everything to flow much more smoothly and effortlessly.
These small, simple shifts will spark positive changes that will build on each other, compounding to improve your quality of life, increase your delight in simple pleasures, and awaken you to the highlights of being you.
For the next step in our journey to welcoming more flow, we’re opening up to a fresh new energy that will blow away the cobwebs of any stagnation or stuckness, bidding farewell to the old, shabby, out-dated or obsolete, to make way for the new Hello Flow version of you.
