This is one of my favourite self-coaching tools that I hope you’ll enjoy playing with.
It’s very simple, but it works its subtle magic on your mindset and happiness levels to create some lovely ripple effects across all aspects of your life.
How to Keep A Love List
Either treat yourself to a small new notebook, or use a Notes app on your phone – whichever is the easiest to keep closeby, every day.
Then, as you go about your day, whenever you experience or think of something you love: make a note of it.
This is your Love List.
This is going to reconnect you with all the things that light you up, the things you love, cherish and appreciate.
We’ll be using this Love List later on in the course, but it’s something that will grow naturally, over time.
And the effects on your energy and positivity will also accumulate in a steady and sustainable way.
So for now, just begin – as and when you remember.
It can include the big things, the little things and anything in between.
You don’t need to know or explain why you love it.
In fact, bonus points for anything you love despite all logic and reason!
