Creative Credentials
Wondering what I can share with you about creative living?
Here’s a quick guide to my Creativity Coaching credentials and experience…
A lifelong passion
I have been designing since the 1980s when I got a Fashions By Me design kit for Christmas. I was hooked! Designing outfits was so much more fun than playing with my (beautifully-dressed) Sindy dolls.
Cut to Art School, a career in design and a relentless fascination with the creative process that has led me to the work I love so much today – and I have never stopped designing.
I’m the founder of Pepper White Creative Services.
I’ve been a web designer and digital marketer ever since I left art college in 1996, but creativity and design have been passions of mine from early childhood. (I remember designing a new range of bedding when I was about 10 years old – I still don’t know why.)

Decades of Commercial Experience
During my 28 years of adventures in the commercial design world, I’ve worked across the whole spectrum of graphic design, including; logo design, stationery design, packaging design, website design, info design, book design, as well as the design and creation of merchandise and physical products.
And after decades of studying and practicing online marketing to support my own career dreams, I’m now enjoying a new phase of mentorship and consultancy, teaching others all the tips and tricks and insights I’ve learned since I began blogging in 2009.
There’s a full list of my credentials, experience and trainings in the FAQS below.
Obsessed with creativity
Around 2005, I began to expand my design and marketing work to include new creative ventures such as writing books, creating online courses for my fellow creatives, and offering creativity coaching services via email, as well as teaching other creatives how to offer email coaching.
This was the beginning of a deep and joyful obsession with the creative life, and how to thrive as a creative.
I’ve produced a Creativity Blog for over a decade, and I’ve been sharing a regular newsletter for creative people for many years – you can join the fun via any of my free gifts and tools.
Alongside the coaching work I love, my current labour of love is bringing to life a suite of online creativity courses which explore the mindset, lifestyle practices and energetics of creative success.
You can see my latest collection of creativity courses over on my new online coaching portal, Creative Well.
“I can already feel the uniqueness of the email coaching approach.
It is unlike any coaching I’ve experienced before.
It’s actually very rich and deep.”
and I really have to thank you for that!”

What can I realistically expect to achieve in just one month?
A month is a great timeframe for establishing some new habits, practices and mindset shifts that will support your creativity for the long term.
Any period of focused devotion to your creative self can spark powerful new insights and kick-start an inspiring new energy, so this alone will give you a real boost in your work or project.
This can serve as the beginnings of an upward spiral, as you enjoy more momentum with your renewed access to inspiration and flow.
In addition to the classic Mastermind benefits of two minds being focused on a single goal, you’ll also receive access to my decades of experience in creative living, both as a student and practicing profressional.
This combination of 1:1 connection, virtual support and proven support resources can be a potent mix that will really help you see inspiring results, both in the workplace, and in all aspects of your life.
Do you have an alternative to calls?
Yes, if video or voice calls are not your favourite, I also have an Introvert-Friendly alternative. 🙂
As a longtime advocate of the power of Email Coaching and the written word, I’d love to work with you to design a format where you thrive.
Please get in touch if you’d like more details of this alternative version of the intensive.
Is there a payment plan?
Please let me know if you’d like more info on the current Payment Plan.
What's the refund policy?
I invest a great deal of my time, focus and attention in this service, so I want to work with people who are also prepared to commit to the process.
If you’re not sure you’re ready for this level of support, or whether I’m the right coach for you, please explore my blog and free resources to learn more about my work and my approach.
What's the timezone?
Ordinary, I only offer consultancy sessions during the afternoon. (After many years of tracking and trialling, I’ve identified this as my optimum flow zone for working with clients.)
However, if a GMT afternoon would not work with your timezone, we can discuss an alternative time that would suit.
I just have a couple of questions...
Investing in support can be a big step, so I’m more than happy to answer any queries you may have.
